Nice and clean place with friendly staff, but sometimes at night the staff disappear for long periods of time (probably for their break, but everyone leaves at the same time) so if you want to tan or use the hydromassage you're SOL. Small gym, but plenty of equipment, however the equipment is packed together mostly targeted for cardio and arms/chest. Fewer abs and legs options, and you usually have to wait a bit for those machines. The stretching section is so small and compact that only a few people can be in it at a time, and some of the stretching equipment is located at other spots in the gym, which is a bit of an inconvenience.

I was always intimidted by gyms, but I feel like I can exercise here and not be self conscious. Everyone is very nice, the equipment is in great condition, and everything is clean. If you don't know how to use something they will explain it. Plus, it is open 24/7 which is awesome for those of us with varying schedules!

Rip-off waiting to happen. They advertise $10/month, no commitment. But walk in and they want a $40 fee up front and an annual fee of $40 or $50 more just 2 months after signing up ... on top of the monthly fee. So in my first 2 months I would have been paying $100 for a $10/month membership. I was reluctant, but when he needed bank account info, that was a huge red flag. I asked if we could just use a card and he said I could have a card on file but they only do billing straight from bank accounts. So why would someone accept card info if they supposedly don't plan to use it? Why would someone require bank info instead of a card? The whole card expiration date excuse was just bs in my opinion. I think they want bank info to make it harder for members to discontinue billing when they want to cancel. Other reviewers have said they were billed too much, so I'm glad I got a membership at another local gym. The other place has more straight forward rates, a better facility and they only needed my card info.

Why advertise 24 hours if that doesn't reflect weekend hours? I'm sure other working adults would appreciate a 24 hour gym being open 24 hours on the weekends, when people are usually off work. Will probably consider changing to an actual 24/7 gym.

I had all types of machinery to help different parts of my workout, I could chose to watch a television show while working out as well. There are trainers available as well as tanning beds, a relax zone filled with massage beds and chairs... The sound ordinance stays at a respectable level and the restroom/shower commodities are well kept. Planet fitness also has available bring your own lock lockers! Safety is a priority and friendliness is guaranteed. Becoming a member is a wonderful opportunity that allows you to come whenever possible and they even give you a free shirt after signing up to be a member!

Planet fitness is one of the best choices my wife and I have ever made. It is great place to release stress and keep your health top notch. The staff keeps it friendly and professional, personal training plans are excellent and on point.

This is the best place to escape from the world and take out some time to take care of yourself. So many different types of exercise equipment and massage chair, red zone, massage beds, sun tan beds. Very much worth joining.

It's a great place to work out not a place where everyone is a perfect size 2. I love the atmosphere.

Its all good until its time to cancel. 3 months after cancelling i kept getting money taken of my account, not only that i also got double charge. The GM named Mike its rude, refuses to admit its their fault, and hangs up the phone.

Love the gym. Sometimes you have to remind them of cleaning a bed but they are usually ready and helpful.

The overall gym is nice and usually very well-kept and maintained. But a big reason why I got a membership here was because it was open 24 hours, and since I work night shift during the week it fit perfectly with my schedule. Now? Not so much. I don't think it's fair that I have to drive all the way to New Albany to work out when I live not even a minute away from this gym. Very disappointed.

This place is awesome for our quick workouts. I feel comfortable working out around normal people like me. No pressure. No hassle...easy for sure.

I love planet fitness. This gym has changed my life. I've been going here everyday for 4 years. And then one night I pull in to go to the tanning bed and they were closed! Never in 4 years have they been closed. No warning or notice no signs posted or anything. I'm very disappointed. I go to the new albany gym now.

Frustrated to learn that this location is not 24 hours on the weekends anymore. This being the best time for me to come in and workout, I will now have to go elsewhere, since they are now closing at 9-10 pm on Friday and Saturday. I understand that locations have different needs, but this no longer fits mine and I will be cancelling my membership, if I can get there while they are open.

Super nice and clean but can not join with credit card. Must use an ACH not a fan of using bank account for automatic withdraws.

Nice place but . . .
It can be very frustrating sometimes for those of us who go to PF to actually work out. There are people that will simply sit on a piece of equipment doing nothing other than fooling with their phone. Those of us that go there to work out should not have to wait 15 minutes or more when equipment is being used as nothing more than a chair. Tonight a young lady sat on a piece of equipment I was waiting for. She never used it. When she got done on her phone she just walked away. Needs to be addressed.
