It's a great place, but I am apparently allergic to iron, because everytime I go to the gym I swell up.

These guys are simply the best! Warm and friendly environment with a staff that cares about their clients and wants to see them get in shape and meet their fitness goals. Best gym I've ever belonged to.

I have enjoyed being apart of this gym. The staff is great and are always around to assist when needed. They also have two great programs Fastrax and also a weight management program Thin and Healthy's total solution. Check it out!
