Absolutely Pilates is the best! The instructors focus on form and alignment--which leads to results. The positive energy is the icing on the cake. Dirt cheap. Its a good place to get fit or ripped. Friendly helpful staff too. Only real complaint is that all the workout equipment is usually very disorganized..I definitely prefer this location over the Scottsville location, even though the area is slightly more dangerous.... more
