Whether you an athlete looking to improve your own athletic performance, an individual looking to lose some weight, or that Airman at McConnell AFB looking to improve on your PT test, Middle of The Map Crossfit is the place for you.

Middle of the Map combines the proper amount of weight training with cardiovascular condition that will undoubtly help you achieve your fitness goals.

A disclaimer about myself, I only drop in when I am in town. But even though I only drop in occasionally, the family like culture that the owner instills in the members makes me feel like I belong.

It doesn't matter if you are shy or outgoing person, Middle of the Map will make you feel apart of their team. You'll also have fun and make new friends who will help and encourage you along your fitness journey.

Where to start?
It has been 6 months since I started working out at Middle of the Map. Dillon is the best fitness coach in the Wichita area and as someone who knows movement, I can confidently say he is worth every penny! Crossfit used to seem intimidating, but here every movement has the option to be modified for your comfort. Where Middle of the Map really sets itself apart is in the depth of the programming; every aspect of fitness is taken into account with each new cycle schedule and it has made me the strongest I have ever been; so much progress gained in such a short time! Lastly, I love the community vibe felt every time we walk into the gym; it is the ideal combination of pushing each other to be your best and the feeling of genuine support. Thank you Dillon and the MTM coaching team!
