Was only able to use a handful of times. No employee was ever helpful and seemed more interested in whispering to eachother than anything else. I moved and knew I had to complete my 2 year commitment. Once that finished I cLled and explained I wasnt in town anymore. Was told not to worry about it and it would be cancelled. I did mention I also cancelled my card. Now I'm getting calls saying I owe money. Of coarse the people I talk to now say I owe it and will not cancel until I pay.

As a food service delivery driver, a business that has 180.00 worth of food delivered, then stiffs the delivery person, a strong statement is made about the type of.of people that you are dealing with..

I just rejoined with my husband who was more nervous then me. Glad to be back and happy to have a partner to work out with.. The staff is great and gym is always clean.

Able to work out without a bunch of kids running around. Depending upon what time you go there are a few more people but nothing like other gyms. Nice staff.

Your new trainer is a Fing idiot. the day board used to have actual exercises on there not banded punches. Im trying to improve my health not fight in the ufc thanks dana white. ANDDDDDDDD HE EVEN ADMITTED HE ISNT EVEN CERTIFIED. I will be letting other members know of this if he is not dealt with soon. this is the fourth trainer I've seen here and only Kathy and Richard were educated where are you finding these other idiots

Very clean, not to terribly busy during peak hours. If you forget something like earbuds, or eye coverings for tanning, everything is sold there. Highly recommend.

To cold to sweat. The stretch area was waay to small. Two mats in back corner. No rolls, bosu and yogo/exercise ball

Wife has a membership and I get to go with her as her guest. We share the experience for one low price. Place is always clean, much equipment to use always in good shape. A good friendly atmosphere. Why anyone would join a fitness club other than Planet Fitness is beyond me.

I had an issue that was quickly resolved with a phone call from the manager and understood my concerns, listened and was extremely personable. Thankful for good employees and a branch that is proactive.

I feel comfortable at the facility I go to. Never have to wait for equipment. It is cleaner than alot of gyms I been to. Some equipment are unbalanced. Other than that I give 5 stars

I love Planet Fitness! True to their word this is a 'no judgement zone'. Staff friendly & helpful. I always encourage people to join Planet Fitness. Most recent friend, an over 60 cyclist joined to stay strong & able to do long bike rides. Like me, he too is pleased with joining.

Just a great experience. Staff has always been great to me. I enjoy going there. Great tanning beds and plenty of cardio machines. And weight to workout with. Can't beat it for the price.
