We absolutely love Sunshine Family Yoga. My daughter and I first started going to be able to bond while getting some much needed movement. The classes have been great for tummy troubles, congestion and much more. All moves are perfect for where your little is developmentally and Sheryl is so great. She is patient and adds moves based on your needs that class.

Sheryl (Sunshine) Haynes has a wonderful nurturing presence. She encourages parents as they strengthen their bonds with their children. Her classes are about so much more than just the physical yoga poses (although that is very beneficial!); she helps others experience the soothing power of deep relaxation and mindfulness. I've known Sheryl (Sunshine) for about 12 years, since my first son was an infant. She's the best!
