Professor Fox is an amazing instructor and extremely helpful. He is really focused on student development and will help make sure you really understand the techniques and movements. Amazing people and very highly recommended.

Professor Fox and his team have great Jiu-Jitsu and are very welcoming for beginners, advanced, and visitors. I was passing through Wichita and they welcomed me in for a nice class and some great training- I'l be back !

I've been training at Fox Fitness for about 5 years now. All their programs, BJJ, Kickboxing, Group Fitness and Kettlebell are amazing. I tired them all. The kids program is incredible and keeps growing every day. All coaches are beyond qualified and world champs. They are my second family!

Started last year, as a way to shed some weight, and wanted to create a better life for myself and my family. While I'm in the rooster weight class, and everyone else seems to be light or above, everyone treats everyone with respect regardless. The evening classes are packed, but I enjoy the 6am morning classes much more. I'm looking forward to expanding my knowledge and ability with Fox. Mat burns, choke marks, and bruises are all part of the journey. Embrace the suck.

Wonderful atmosphere! Great environment for a healthy lifestyle. The kids jiu jitsu program is excellent.

Great atmosphere! No ego's. Just a team of great bjj practitioners. Lots of people in every class. So you don't have to worry about rolling with the same guy every time. I have been learning from jake on and off for a long time . Sometimes taking long breaks. And every time I come back in get a warm welcome and never get treated any different then any of the consistent long term guys. I plan on getting my kids in here as soon as they are old enough.

I first put my son in the youth BJJ, and while watching him train, I saw all the other classes they do and the friendly atmosphere at this gym and enrolled myself. I cant say enough about the good, friendly and knowledgeable people here. Great place to train and get in shape!!!

Very knowledgeable and helpful group. I started training jiu jitsu with no experience around martial arts or wrestling. Not only are the coaches excellent, the team members are always willing to help and provide support. The staff works to bring in some great seminars. They also work closely with other gyms in the area to cross-train to create and grow a great training community within Wichita itself.

I placed my 7 year old in Fox's youth BJJ class and it was a great experience! Jake and all of his instructors are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient when working with kids. My family will definitely be back in!
