I did the 6 week challenge and was needing to lose 18.8lbs... I lost 21.2lbs. It was hard work and I got frustrated in the middle when I wasn't losing any weight. I ended up cutting out all Mios water flavors, coffee, salt, stopped eating the carbs allotted except the fruits, and then I started drinking smoothies with the protein powder in it. I work overnights and wasn't getting enough water in due to my job, so I chugged it before bed. And voila I lost it because of my determination.
Likes: Classes, daycare area with window next to workout area, instructors, and diet overall wasn't bad.
Dislikes: Times of classes (8a or 4p) would work better for me personally, but I get not everyone needs those hours.
