I've been to 3 or 4 jump park's and this one was the best. The layout they have just works. Good place to go.

Kids went for birthday parties. They had a great time, really got them up and active. They can't wait to visit again.

We had a great time. Got about 2 hours of playtime for my 7,5, and 3 year olds all for under $50. Friendly helpful staff and clean environment! 5 stars hands down!

Kids and adults had lots of fun and the staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the fact that they let us bring in pizza party for our large group. I would still call in advance for more details.

Great for the kids to get rid of energy, they love it!! Staff is super friendly and helpful. The one downfall it does smell like dirty feet, but what else can you expect from kids jumping around on trampolines in socks?

Really nice place to take the grandkids they had a lot of fun but I'd like to find a discount or a coupon when you're retired you need a little cheaper price to take six grand kids

Fun place, but once you "register" get ready to get your email spammed with junk! Not cool!!!!

They have an area where jumpers can jump off a trampoline into a foam pit, which is great for tricks and flips and such. However, there is a solid ledge between the trampoline and the pit. My niece did a front flip and hit her head on the ledge.
It costs extra to do their elevated obstacle course. They also don't let you use socks from other trampoline parks - I had to trade all of ours in and get theirs, which were not as good quality as the ones we had.
The trampolines are small squares only big enough for one person. Definitely prefer the other parks in town.

I took my son today to the one in Wichita ks and as he was playing dodge ball in the 8 and under he had gotten hurt a kids initially jumping on him in the stomach and another one kept hitting him in the face at a very close range and there was never any refs around to watch them play In the dodge ball area why should I pay for him to get hurt because the company dont want to do there job and help keep my kid and everyone's else kids safe

Just to expensive, get ready to expend $60-150 bucks for 1 hour of entertainment...

Kids love it. Bit pricey.

My 11 yr old grandaughter went to the MILLTOWN, NJ trampoline Park... She absolutely loved it.... It seems to be for the adventurous although it looks like fun for all ages..There was an incident with her losing her phone in the ball pit but after a few phone calls, a couple emails, and a rough review their customer service skills kicked in. I received advice from my last boss...give it a couple days and see what they do... Pleasantly surprised, I am happy to say the issue has been resolved.... In the end, the staff at Urban Air showed they do have good customer service skills... My grandaughter will probably go back...but without the phone!!! Great adventures await you at Urban Air.

My daughter says it's her favorite place to be, and she's full of energy so it's a perfect match. Little pricy for some of us single parents, but always clean & friendly staff.

It's a fun place to take the kids, the only downside was that there was only one attendant and no-one managing the activities. I get that there are teenagers that go and like to enjoy themselves but if no-one is managing the activities then smaller kids can definitely get trampled on. Things can quickly escalate if no-one is managing times and turns.

My 6 yr olds & my 14 yo all really enjoy Urban Air! We drive an hr & half twice a year during school breaks for this! Also really like how there is always plenty of seating for adults not jumping!

My kids always enjoy going here. Their new aerial course is awesome. We will be going again.

I give it two stars because I spent a Lott of money to have an awesome birthday party for my son. Only to have an employee who thinks that throwing balls at 8 and 9 year olds faces would be the right thing to do when all they wanted to do was jump and play. The birthday boy didn't want to jump anymore because his face hurt. So after talking to the manager, all we got was an apology and him saying "you know how teenagers are". Well to you sir I say...you have now lost my business. Hope anybody else that has a party there can enjoy the money they spent. Will not be going back!

I just had my daughter's birthday party at Urban Air Wichita and this place is way over-priced for what you receive. You cannot bring your own outside food or drink, just the birthday cake, cupcakes etc. Included in the price of your party, which ours was a party of 10 children, they each get a bottle of water. The water is gone before you even eat because of course the kids have been jumping. I wasn't about to add another $3.00 per kid for a Gatorade or Slushie when I could have spent $2.00 on a box of 10 juice pouches had I been allowed to bring them in. The party was from 6-8... dinner time, so I wanted to feed the kids. Again, no outside food or drink so I paid $13.00 per large pizza, times 4 so $52.00 in pizza when I could have brought in my own for $32.00. The kids couldn't do the ropes because I wasn't adding on another $50 for that attraction. I was charged for a child that actually didn't jump. Balloons, plates and napkins were included but they were generic and plain, the plates and napkins were white with nothing on them. The "GLOW Party Table" base price is $225.00...that's $22.50 per child!!!!!! $17.00 for each additional jumper!!! For only 1 1/2 hrs of jumping!!! If it included that pizza and some actual drinks, some happy birthday plates and napkins... maybe I'd be okay with that price but all in all I feel like I paid a total of $360.00 for a picnic table and some over-priced pizza. I won't name them but there are cheaper places that offer way more than this. I tried it because it was my daughter's first big birthday party and she really wanted it here but now I know why I've steered clear of paying an actual birthday party fee. Better off to just take a few friends to open jump and have food, cake and presents off site.

We had so much fun! The staff were great, so helpful and interacted well with the kids. I would definitely recommend stopping by the trampoline park for an afternoon visit or as a venue to schedule your next party!

Brought a basketball team of 12-14yr old boys here while in Wichita. The staff was amazing. They loved it!

Great fun and workout! Went with the youth group at church and we had about 2 hours or so for jumping. Which was plenty I must add! The staff was really friendly and actually got involved and jumped with us. I met a few of them and talked to them even after they were off the clock. The facility was really great and provided all sorts of experiences from basketball hoops, dodge ball and much much more. A place filled with fun and jumping. Be prepared to burn a few calories, as I was drenched with sweat from purposely jumping fast and high for cardio. I was sore the next few days but it was well worth it!

Friendly staff. Kids love going. Free WiFi for parents. Plenty of room to sit and do homework or work stuff. Great experience
