I enjoy working out here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of equipment so you don't have to wait on equipment to get a great workout in. The classes are fun and the instructors really push you.... more

I love the South Lawrence club. The staff is wonderful. They are incredibly polite. The machines are great for workouts. I haven't used a trainer but I've heard from others that they are excellent.... more
