I haven't been a member very long, but my fiance and I both love this place. The shakes are delicious and there are plenty of resources available to get better with healthy eating. My previous chiropractor was ok, would adjust me and send me on my way, never even took x-rays. Dr Beckley is so much more competent and engaged in my care. She listens to your concerns and has a very active treatment plan to get you better, a lot like physical therapy in a holistic way.... more

I love the South Lawrence club. The staff is wonderful. They are incredibly polite. The machines are great for workouts. I haven't used a trainer but I've heard from others that they are excellent.... more
