This studio has been truly life changing! I paid for a 5 class pass with my first pregnant, then a few weeks later lost the baby. I contacted Jenny to ask to hold onto my pass until we became pregnant again and she was so incredible and understanding! I was a little hesitant to enjoy my pregnancy this time around for fear of losing it again; but with the help of Jenny and the other moms at Full Circle I was able to bond and celebrate my body and my child during my entire first trimester! It was at her studio that I truly connected to my baby! I started attending classes at 4 weeks and am currently 12 weeks along.... more
Power Life is my favorite gym ever! Why? -Number of classes offered per day and times of classes offered -The combination of Yoga, Barre and Scuplt classes works for me. -3 of the 4 Locations work very well for me -Because there is a variety of qualified instructors, my workouts are never boring or repetitive, and the music is always great -bathrooms are clean -the level of heat is just right and what motivates me to get there in the dead of winter -the "community" is fantastic and very welcoming to everyone.... more

Nice people and fantastic workouts, the place has everything you could possibly want, showers, lockers and so much more.. Nice place and felt very welcomed. The class times fit well with my schedule and the atmosphere is peaceful, encouraging and not competitive which was exactly what I was looking for.... more
