Family oriented type gym. The staff cares about the kids and gives out tons of positive reinforcement to build confidence. But they do expect these kids to give 100% and aren't afraid to motivate and push them to achieve their best.... more

Love this gym! Amanda is a great coach and trainer. Would highly recommend her and all of the other instructors. Great workout!. My wife and I got a membership here back in February and have absolutely loved the kickboxing classes! We are complete rookies, but enjoy the cardiovascular challenge and learning all the hit combinations :) I really like all the trainers there, but Whitney is the one I have most consistently .... more
