This is by far my favorite yoga studio in the KC area! I have never had a bad experience, everyone is kind and knowledgeable and always willing to help. Ive taken several classes from various teachers and would highly recommend any of them.
The only thing I wish they'd change is turning the music down at the end of a practice/class, shavasana is such an important part of your practice and its hard to truly relax and soak it in when the music is blasting.
Started as a beginner! As an ex-football player flexibility and back pain has always been a huge issue for me. Thanks to summits I have flexibility and no more chronic back pain! Great establishment with great instructors that help you get better each class. SO worth the money!

I stepped into Sumits Yoga in April of 2015, and never left!!! It has changed my life tremendously! This place is my second home!
Sumits hot yoga sequence has changed my life. I've been going for 6 months now and have noticed great improvements in my yoga and life in general. This was the first yoga studio I ever visited and I was welcomed with open arms. I can't stress enough how great Sumits has been for me. Try it out!

Life altering. Best thing I've ever done for my health, mind, spirit. I had no flexibility whatsoever and was a bit thick around the waste. I quickly made A LOT of progress and trimmed down to where I need to be. Mostly, I learned to calm my mind and love/celebrate my able body (thats NOT a small thing to say!), Been going for 5 years and couldn't go without!
Sumits Yoga KC is such a wonderful facility and addition to the greater Kansas City community. I love all of the classes that I have tried out at this facility, especially YinNidra. I'm a beginner at yoga, through and through, and I appreciate how accepting and welcoming the teachers and students alike always are of a beginner like me!
Best yoga studio I've ever encountered! Amazing and engaging teachers create a challenging workout in a beautiful a d serene setting. I love it- I was hooked during the first class!
The studio is very clean and well maintained. The owner, Kim keeps the shower area stocked with supplies as a courtesy which is a huge plus. One less thing to carry in to the studio, and if you forget and want to shower after a great workout everything you need is there. The teachers are great, taking the time to work with any student who needs and help without breaking the flow of the class and the special rates and standard prices cannot be beat. Give one class a try and you will be hooked

Awesome place! I'm new to yoga and I'm glad I'm starting with them. Friendly instructor, and HOT classes. Prepare to sweat!
