What a joy to attend a class at the Yoga Center, beautiful space along with amazing instruction. Feeling grateful to have experienced one of Anne's classes, I would definitely be practicing here if I lived in Lawrence. Thanks for welcoming me on my Lawrence visit.

This place has been a centerpiece of the Lawrence yoga scene for years. The instruction is very high quality. The teachers have years of training. Anne, the owner, is one of the coolest people, too. If you're looking for a yoga studio in Lawrence, look no further!

I've taken classes at yoga centers all over the nation and in Europe. The Yoga Center of Lawrence is among the best places I've ever practiced. The instruction is intense and personalized, in the Iyengar tradition. The space is serene. Try a couple of teachers to find the one that best fits your personality and goals. Don't expect new age music or lots of stuff for sale. Namaste.
