.Enjoy being able to go in early before work out the half hour before meeting my clients. I'm 71 years old and work as a senior companion. I am a diabetic and also have a pacemaker so being able to exercise at my own pace is important to me and Planet Fitness helps me achieve my goals.

I enjoy coming to this facility. It is conveniently located to where I live. I like all of the options there for working out. The equipment is kept in good condition. It is clean & well kept. The personnel is friendly & helpful.

Can't beat the value for the price of membership. They go above and treat us all with respect. Young and old...they are very welcoming. Sure makes me enjoy my work out experience. Thank you!

Just bought a day pass since the Y was closed for Easter. That said, staff was friendly, facility was clean, nice locker rooms with ability to borrow a lock to secure. Really liked how they had machines segmented and the 30 minute weight circuit. Every machine is branded with the Planet Fitness colors, so it was a pretty immersive no-lunk culture!
I am used to a handful of "frills" such as towels in shower, cloth rags to wipe down machines (versus paper towel), sauna that this place did not have. All in all though, very nice establishment and hits all the basics at a budget price!
Again, just bought a day pass but I did look at their pricing structure. A day pass is equivalent to their lower-tier monthly access pass minus sign up fees... not sure if contract required or not.

Probably the nicest Planet Fitness I've been to, and I've been to quite a few. New cardio machines with streaming apps built in. Very clean facility and well laid out.

Is very accommodating for anyone with helpful diagrams for those new or starting to workout. And workouts for any muscle on the body. And finally staff is very kind, and helpful by giving you notices when closing time is coming up.

Went to sign up for a membership. Talked to a nichole sometime in the morning. Couldn't have gotten a more disinterested staff member. She was rude and acted like her time was too important to show me around the gym. I would not sign up if this is the kind of staff you employ.

Not a true 24 hr gym. Missing a lot of basic equipment like a barbell bench press, seated calf machine, and hack squat, They have 3 Smith machines... Plenty of cardio equipment, I guess for basic membership at $10 it's ok

Using this gym for couple of years now. Worth the $10 I pay. Note that there are annual membership charges besides this $10. During peak times(evenings) though there'd be wait time on weights, some cardios are always available.
Pros:
They have lots of cardio equipment and abs machines and decent number of weight training machines
Most people wipe equipment after use and are considerate of others
Kept clean and see staff cleaning equipment and floor regularly.
Staff are helpful and friendly
Cons:
Maintenance could be better - Few cardio machines won't show heart rate, rolls in men's area has been broken for nearly six months now, stretching machine grips are not in position etc.

I have no complaints. People (Zach, Trainer, in particular) is very helpful. I plan to workout as often as possible! My first experience at a gym is very positive!

I really enjoy this gym and the location. Easily accessed on my lunch break and after work. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. The gym is clean and welcoming and there is a ton of equipment options. HIGHLY recommend!

great place, lost of options. my only issue is planet fitness does not offer a steam room or sauna, i wish they would. other than that its a great location and convenient.

Good price, like that the black card comes with tanning and unlimited guest privileges. More than that, this location is the cleanest, nicest looking one I've been to, and the staff is very friendly. Love it :)

Super clean. Love the locker rooms. Love the stair master, Urbandale location doesn't have it. Variety of equipment that's works for me. Love planet fitness!

The left side paper towel roll has been broken since I transferred here. And apparently today it was more important to have two people standing at the front desk to greet you rather than cleaning the 2 broken sinks. I guess we have never heard of the zip cleaners? For clogged drains? Find them at your local superstore, hardware store, or Walgreens directly across the street from here.

It is a great, low cost option. Be aware of the extra fees. It is not just $10 a month or $20 a month.
