Two part review:
1. Was present when Namon was removed from the property for aggression with more than one staff person and for dropping the F bomb repeatedly in front of grandchildren.
2. This place has all new equipment, new roof, new technology and app, new restrooms and the list continues...
Terrible management. They never update anything and it takes months for them to repair anything. the roof leaks the paint is chipping off the walls. They close the doors early to non 24 hour member .
UPDATE. after making this complaint I was notified that my membership had been canceled
After 14 years my membership gets revoked because some new manager was on a power trip. He was 100% wrong. All of my noon ball group who was there keep telling me to talk to the owner but i should not have to. Coward did not even tell me to my face they were revoking my membership. I had to find out when i went back to add the rest of my family. When we get to loud and are wrong we listen and calm it down. For this dude to be on a power trip is very unfortunate. For him to single me out is very confusing considering no one was arguing or loud which it not typical usually we are super competitive and it does but not this day. Over the years I have dealt with cables snapping while working out, pulling my groin slipping from the leaking roof, cutting my foot in the broken tile, seeing someone write the N word on a bath stall, chipping mt tooth from a broken weight and the list goes on. Despite all of it i remained loyal to a place that was a huge escape for me from lifes ills. If i were wrong i would accept it but this is not one of the times. If you are wrong and disrespectful to people you should be told that! Our entire noon ball groups is very upset about it.they all witnessed just how wrong the new manager was. I am not sure i even want to go back. As with all things now good customer service and loyalty is a thing of the past. I was reserving the talk to the owner card until i actually screwed up. On another note i designed a banner for my friend that recently passed away and it will hang on the court for a long time so i guess i left my mark. Never wanted to but ymca here i come. I truly hope this does not happen to anyone else because someone can not handle being given the slightest bit of authority.
There's so much workout equipment. The pool is great. The staff if very friendly and helpful!
This gym as all you might need for a solid exercise environment. Highlights include an indoor track, 3 basketball courts, pool & steam rooms, and studio rooms for various fitness and exercise classes. CrossFit gym associated with it

Great place to work out with a myriad of options for the beginner all the way to the dedicated. Clean facilities and friendly staff.

Sioux City's oldest health club, so it's pretty ragged around the edges. But they keep their equipment in tip top shape. Basketball, tennis, squash, swimming, sauna, a wrestling area along with all the standard stuff. The restaurant is very reasonable but serves surpringly little really healthy food.

Horrible place. Overpriced
Lots of amenities & activities basketball ,pool, yoga, MMA, spin, kickboxing, group power etc...but this place needs a major facelift & overhaul. Especially in the free weights/machines upstairs. Its got what you need but there is nothing fancy or current. It's all old school. And I do mean old. Also the locker rooms need a renovation, and why is there no family locker room? What am I supposed to do with little kids that need changed?( Boys and girls) I see pics from other gyms around the country and wonder why can't this facility look like those? This may have been the premier gym in the area in it's heyday, but it's got some catching up to do now.

I really love the gym. I love the classes and I love the staff. I occasionally bring family members or friends to classes because I love them so much. I thought $10.00 for a pass just to have them go to one class was a little expensive but it is what it is. Unfortunately, I will no longer be bringing anyone to any classes. I had a friend that wanted to try the 5:30pm group ride class with me. After she got to the gym we found out the fee was $16.00. It was the last class of the day and I was shocked and embarrassed for even asking her to go. I would understand the price hike if she had to use the day care or something but that was not the case. Either way, I will no longer be inviting friends or family to join me for my workouts. Very disappointing....
