Love practicing yoga here! The instructors are great and the studio offers a wide variety of classes. Additionally, classes are offered as early as 530am and as late as 850pm - so there is always a class to fit your schedule.
Great yoga studio with caring and engaged instructors that caters to yoga practitioners of all skill levels. Family atmosphere that is welcoming and inclusive. I recommend these folks highly!

Zen Den is my yoga home away from home! I've been practicing yoga on and off for almost 20 years now and was in search for a new studio to call home having transplant from the east coast. Kelli, the owner, is a great instructor and owner. Her 530 am classes are my base and when I can I get to the weekend or evening classes. I've taken classes with her and all her instructors. I've enjoyed each of their style and spirit. The yogis who come to Zen Den are all great folks with interesting background and we all have the same love for the yoga offered at Zen Den. Even though I've been doing yoga for a long time, there is still much I have picked up to improve my form and practice. I'm looking forward to having my 5 year old nephew talk the kids' yoga with Kelli soon.
I have been practicing yoga for about 10 years, but after going to Zen Den for the past 8 months, I feel like I am REALLY learning yoga for the first time. The instructors are well-trained, encouraging, and fun. No matter what your skill level or personal yoga goals are, Zen Den has something for everyone. I highly recommend this studio!
