Great gym to do business with.
Awesome gym! Just by walking in you will notice the attention to detail. The gym is clean, staff is helpful and the work out equipment high quality. I really enjoy golfing in the simulators. The simulators are new, top notch and are better than most in the area. If you're looking for a gym that holds it's self to a higher standard than the rest, visit FIT!

This is my regular gym, and I go here about 4 times a week. The other people who go here are very friendly and so is the staff. I haven't tried any of the classes because I lift weights here instead, but it seems like quite a few people attend. They have a good amount of equipment. The only thing I would change is to have less duplicates of the same machine and more types of machines. For example, I think a hack squat or hip abduction machine would be great here. Otherwise I really like it.

Great place to work out
Under new management and the facility has been revamped. Almost all the equipment is new and they've added a lounge area, an infrared spa, a hydromassage bed, a 2 golf simulators. Yoga, Pilates, spin classes, Zumba, and tons of fun and challenging Les Mills classes if you're into group fitness. The instructors work hard to deliver safe and effective workouts and the participants are friendly. Come in and meet your neighbors while making fitness gains!!
Fit has provided a positive experience with top notch instructors, personal trainers, and brand new equipment. It has taken on a totally new look with the remodel of flooring, walls, and all new weight machines. If I was a golfer- I would be excited about the golf-simulators that will provide indoor opportunities all year long to work on or maintain a golf swing etc. I'm excited for the new training sessions on how to use all the equipment and feel quite blessed to have Les Mills instructors providing enthusiasm and quality instruction. If you haven't checked it out- now would be a great time! I'm pumped!
I was hired by Fit-IC as a graphic designer. I invoiced the company in February and have yet to be paid. All of the work I did for Fit-IC was uploaded into a Dropbox folder which is now empty - as in, it was downloaded by Fit-IC and deleted from the folder. The new management team, led by Adam Means, said that they would pay the invoice and have since stopped replying to my emails and phone calls. I understand the company has gone through some changes, however, I think it's very unfair and unkind to leave me unpaid - let alone for 6 months past the invoice due date. Not a company with strong moral/ethical values.

The new transformation of the facility is incredible. The classes are awesome, and instructors are knowledgeable. It's nice to see owners/managers present & actively part of what is happening in the gym whether it's via email, or working with a member. Thanks for bringing this facility back to life!
