Evan & Kelly of Tapas Yoga Shala are down to earth yet so enlightened in their approach to practice. You can choose to drop in for class or seriously engage in practice - all are welcome. I feel so lucky to have Tapas in the QCA!

I love Tapas! I live an hour away, but I keep coming back again and again. It is the perfect place for beginners and experienced yogis. The teachers are super nice and knowledgeable.
