Nice place to work out. Wendy is the greatest. Easy to work with.
This is absolutely a place to go if you want to improve yourself and have people who care about you to help you out. I have had a great experience there with the staff!. They go over and above to meet my individual needs and I see it every day the care and concern for all members.!! There is absolutely no judgement here for anyone! Even members want to help out other members! There is plenty of support here and I would advise anyone with a need to improve themselves to go there and see for yourselves!
I did a trial at this gym, and I am really glad I did. The facilities here are simply limited. They have everything needed for a good workout, but there just isn't much of it. I found that when working out with limited time, workouts suffered because even a small number of people also working out required a fair amount of waiting or "working in" when possiblea. They seemed to have enough treadmills and elliptical machines, but I would think they too would become overburdened at busy times of the day/year.
Surprised to see so many positive reviews. I have been going to this gym for almost 3 years but only because it is within 2 blocks of my home. The owner and management are terrible. I didn't want to even bother leaving a review since I am a member but my breaking point has been reached. My membership recently expired without any notice or communication and then I was locked out multiple times because of this. Now the heat has been broke for about a week now and I have been working out in temperatures ranging from 49-53 degrees. It has some decent equipment options and is convenient which are about the only positive. Perfect example of poor ownership and management.
It's perfect for a local gym. Lots of machines and free weights. Plenty of cardio machines. Great staff and friendly gym members. I been there for over 6 years and am very pleased.

Have enough equipment i want to use. The problem is that they don't provide cloth for member to use or to clean the equipment.
Was open. Thank you.
Outside of that, very typical for what you'd expect of a small workout facility. One squat rack, a Smith machine, lots of cardio, the typical run of machines, and a few strange machines like a dip training machine and an endless rope pull that amused me to no end.
Clean. Seldom crowded. Friendly staff.
Stuck with a 12 month contract, the showers are extremely weak and only 2 of the 3 shower rooms are open. There's a leak in the ceiling, I felt it drip down on my head when I walked by.
The bathrooms are about 5 feet by 5 feet, showering takes forever because there is a laughable amount of pressure coming out of the showers. A cheap trick to lower their water bill.
For $40 a month, I would rather make the trip to the Y or the MAC.
Its really unfortunate. I've been seeing this place every day on my way home from work, and i've been excited to join. Kind of annoying to have to make a trip back home now since the showers are so crappy.
The equipment on the other hand is well maintained, seems clean, and modern. The environment is nice, doesn't seem too modern, but i'm not going to the gym for an art show.
A gym's basics, shower/locker-room and equipment, is what should make it or break it for everyone.
I didn't think i'd need to start going to the showers and inspecting water pressure when gym shopping, but whatever.
If the owners fix the water pressure, I will change my rating here.
Not much for equipment, gym isn't that nice, showers barely work, staff is horrible about replying to emails, and had to witness one of their trainers sneak two females who couldn't have been older than 17 in then proceed to spank one of them and be all over her before giving them both memberships long after staffed hours.
