My daughters (7 & 5) both take classes at Somersaults and they LOOOOOOVE it there. My girls' tumbling and gymnastics skills were non-existent when we started there, and now they're doing somersaults, cartwheels, and handstands after just a few months. More importantly than that, though, is how much stronger my kids have gotten. Their core muscles have gotten stronger, their arm strength has improved, their coordination has improved, and their stamina has increased. This is all super important to set them up for a lifetime of being physically fit and active.
