The only real spin studio in Cedar Rapids. Great owners, great staff. Everyone is friendly and motivated. Videos on 3 big screens, a lot of energy from the instructors.

They offer a variety of cycling classes with projectors that display music videos while you ride AND you receice a follow up email informing you of your statistics. If you've ever been to a spin class you know how hard a class is!! With Burst, your workout is over in the blink of an eye due to the distraction of the music videos and the upbeat personalities of the highly trained instructors.

Went to Geri's class today which was an excellent class. Coming back to visit from Colorado and being a spin instructor out there it's hard to find a good spin class when I come back to Iowa but I was incredibly impressed. Good tough class with intervals.

I recently went to my first Spinning session at Burst Cycle. I thought we would just be riding bikes -- but it's so much more than that! I worked out harder than at most other fitness clubs. I would highly recommend you give Burst Cycle a try!
