A beautiful yoga studio with such kind instructors! They make you feel so special. Every class is different, so you never get bored! Ignite yoga has created such a wonderful community in Ames. A must visit!
My flexibility, strength, and mental fortitude have all increased thanks to Ignite Yoga. The instructors are incredible and have done so much to improve my well being.

I love going to Ignite Yoga. It is a great way to start my day. Each instructor is different, so I never get bored. I would definitely recommend trying it out! You will get hot and sweat a lot. Drink lots of water.

Really good instructors and a nice studio. Hot yoga is way better than regular yoga.
I didn't realize this was a hot yoga and pilates studio. The restorative yoga class I took was taught in a warm, stale room and the instructor did not roll out. Her pacing and chatter took me out of my practice a little, but it was still yoga and it still felt great!
Was in town for a weekend long conference, and the place was busy busy! People must love it!
