Amazing gym geared towards weightlifting. Lots of machines, free weights, and floor space, as well as several treadmills, a couple stair climbers, a few exercise bikes and ellipticals. There are lots of different classes available, nice clean locker rooms with saunas and showers, a smoothie bar, tanning, and a daycare center. Excellent member services and staff. I highly recommend doing a free trial.
Armando is one of the group fitness instructors there and he is magnificent. Great motivation skills. Really pushes you and makes sure you're doing things the right way. Friendly environment. Child care is available there! Which is AMAZING for moms like me. Very clean. So glad I joined!
This was a great gym. I was in South Bend, IN for work and was looking for a good gym and this place was perfect. It had an old school feel but all the perfect equipment you need for a great workout. The staff was friendly especially the 2 beauties working the front desk. I'll definitely be back best gym in the area hands down. Thanks World Gym for a great experience.

Excellent family friendly gym for everyone from the beginner to the professional bodybuilder. Owners know everyone by first name and make all members feel welcome no matter their comfort or experience level. Gym has a throwback feel to it. Classes are offered by both instructors and virtual delivery. Try the juice and food bar selections. It's really a one stop health shop!

Horrible service rude prejudice people had a guy arrested for nothing. Workers argue alot bad atmosphere. Trainers out of shape. Better off buying your own weights. My friends 6 month old son was kicked in face at daycare. By owners kids.
Always greeted by named and there's been a lot of updates lately. It's hardly ever too crowded and it's a great place. Member for 1+ yrs.

I liked that I am always greeted by name when I come into the building. Becka is my trainer and she has always been a sweetheart. When she is done with me my body is always on point. The atmosphere is good. I always feel comfortable and at ease whenever I am working out. Luv the place!!!!.
