My kids had a great time. They did a good job making the area as safe as possible. Kind of spendy.

Birthday Party Magical Land! This was a wonderful experience. The entire family was greeted at the door to usher us over to our table. We did not have to wait in line to get out bracelets and socks. Everything was so well organized and smoothly ran. Stacey was so much fun, made sure we had everything we needed. Keep in mind we had over 50 of us for this birthday party. She blended in like she was part of our family. And to our surprise when we asked for the manager to make sure they knew how wonderful our time was she just smiled and put her hand out and said nice to meet you. This is a clean class act place and ran perfect. You can tell there is great pride taken in every aspect. We will all be back. Great job Getair!

We stopped in Saturday morning to tour this trampoline park. We are looking for a place to have our corporate party. Had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Stacey. She walked us through the entire facility explained all the courses, prices etc. For a Saturday and a more kids place we were surprised how clean and well kept it is. As a company we do our due diligence, we took a tour and read previous reviews. The employees were very courteous (lifeguard shirts were cute) Stacey was very helpful and answered all our questions.

Was here for nephews birthday party. Fun family friendly place. Clean and open. Pizza was very good. Only suggestion would be posting more signs about tiny kids jumping with big kids. I feel for the workers I seen a parent upset with them for asking them to move there kid to a safer section. Not sure why the parent was upset the worker wanted there kid to be safe. Over all it was clean and fun. Very busy place.

Have not been since summer time. You either have new owners or new managers. It smells clean and it looks brighter. What ever the change is keep it up! Everyone is so friendly and I can not tell you how different it looks. We even bought a year pass because of the changes. Keep it up! All our family and friends will be here more often now. Hats of to you all.

Toddler time twice a week on Tues and Thurs from 10 to 12. Not crazy crowded. The place was clean. The music was on but blot super loud. You do need to buy their socks, but they're only $3 and you can use them for future visit. Will definately be back.

Went there recently and had a blast. Employees are very positive and polite and just a great environment to be in. 10/10 place to burn energy and have fun. Will be visiting very often.

The place itself was pretty cool however, the AC was not working well when we were there. We paid for 2 hours for our kids and an hour for the adults and it was miserable without AC. We ended up having to cut our time short and leaving because everyone was SO hot and soaked with sweat. Not a very enjoyable experience.

Took my daughter and her best friend here. They loved it. Very clean very nice place. Lots of fun for everyone. Unfortunately my car battery died while we were in the park however dakota was very friendly and helpful and jumped my car for me. All of the staff were very nice to me as well as the children. I highly recommend this place!!

This was our first time going to Get Air. Looking for something to do when it gets a little too cold out. I have a 4 and 2 year old boy. I signed the waiver and we watched the safety video online before going. Great way to get a little ahead of things. I also looked on Groupon for some sort of a little discount. Bingo. We arrived in the rundown shopping center it is in and walked in. With the exception of the front door not being in such great shape the place looks really clean and well kept. They were happy to see us and helped us really well being our first time. I think the cost is ok, kids under 46 inches might need a little more of a discount I think. The Groupon helped pay for the socks which is an expense I didn't realize we would be able to keep until they grow out of them. There wasn't many people there at the time we went. 2ish in the afternoon on a Monday. A couple of moms waiting for their kids. There was about 6 kids in there and they were all in the 46 and under area. If you aren't jumping you are able to go back and check out the place. They had one "official" keeping an eye on the place. I knew the kids had to be in certain areas being under 46 inches but to me that limited them a little too much. I understand safety issues are huge when going to places like this but I felt like if there are more than 5 kids in one of the small areas and not knowing the others it could get a little crowded. I'm pretty sure some of those kids were more than 46 inches. Lots of foam blocks to jump in, but other than that it is padded flooring with about 4 small trampolines to jump in with some balls for those that are under 46 inches. They can also go in the basketball hoop area but those that are smaller than that 46 inches won't be able to get it up there. If you are above 46 inches there is a good amount of things to do and a wide trampoline area to play. A fun ninja course and dodgeball. There is a 1 hour time and 2 hour time limit to purchase. They gave my kids plenty of time to play. They call you off by calling the color of your wristband. Summary, something to do, especially if it is raining, very hot or very cold out to get kids exercising and moving. We're going to compare it with the other place in town but we'll probably go back again. I was expecting a little more trampoline activities for the younger kids. It is something they could grow into.

It's a fun place. It's just SOOOO expensive! We just had a birthday party there because historically, my older kids have liked it better than Elite Air, but after I booked the party, my 6th grader told me Elite Air added some things to make it more fun for older kids. Get Air is a good time, but (especially for birthday parties), save yourself a lot of money and go to Elite Air. I always prefer Elite also because they support programs in the community. Get Air has never supported when I have asked for anywhere from 2-4 jump passes for a school event. It's fun, but prices are too high for birthday parties. I'm not sure how the jump price compares to Elite Air.

And what do you know, my kids both have LICE now... as we were trying to figure out where exactly they got it, we narrowed it down to this place. That is the only place we went this past weekend. So you guys can make your own assuti Me about this place, but we know that our kids got lice from here. All of the foam pits they were jumping into...

Horrible experience never again will we take our kids here very unfriendly staff, they made me pay for my oldest daughter to jump with my two year old then they had to be in separate jumping areas, however my oldest daughter didnt jump and was able to sit with my youngest daughter, the drink machines were out of order, and so no way to get a drink except out of the water fountain, the place isnt being very maintained

Great place to bring kids to bounce around and burn off some energy. We brought our 2 year old to the '46 inches and under' section for the toddlers and he loved it. Although he got bored quickly and wanted to explore the big-kids area, it was still a great experience. We will definitely be returning.

Had a blast UNTIL one of the kiddos got HURT on an EXPOSED metal bracket which made a 5 by 1 inch SCRAPE on his belly BAD enough that it instantly start BLEEDING!!! Front counter person COULD OF CARED LESS! After seeing the scrape employees ONLY OFFERED a Band-Aid.

i love the things there are to do and i personally think that it is a lot better then elite air but then again that is my opinion.

Excellent facilities with an obstacle course and balancing strap to go with the all the trampolines. The people working the day that I was there is what pushed my review to five stars. They were outgoing and engaging while still keeping everything under control

No longer will have my business as I went in there at open with my kid to an empty building with no advertisement as to "toddler time" from 10 to noon and was told we couldn't jump. Along with another mom with 2 kids they pushed out some good customers. I will be enjoying elite air from now on.
