Great school and amazing teachers. I miss going.
I signed my daughters up for this class together. When we started there were 3 teachers and smaller classes. My oldest daughter would go for 3 classes and then afterwards I started my youngest daughter for one class. Due to my schedule they could only go on Saturdays. The class size tripled and the teachers went to one. My oldest has ADD and it became an anxiety issue for her. In March I contacted the owner, Mr Taylor and he told me to contact his 3rd party bulling company as he didnt deal with the billing etc. I contacted them and was told several diff things by several supervisors including things such aa they didnt have a copy of my contract to go over with me, and they couldnt provide me with anything in writing as to their medical cancellation policy. It took me 3 mintha to cancel all while I paid $240 for classes. Then I hadnt been taking my youngest daughter because it was one contract. I FINALLY got the contract cancelled and I receive a bill for $320 which is the remaining 4 months of the contract charging my youngest at full rate which this was never even mentioned by Mr. Taylor or the billing company. In total this is $540 for services this man never rendered and played with my request for cancellation. My youngest had not been since April as I was cancelling the contract. The wording used from Mr Taylor od the bulling company was it was always the contract will be cancelled never partial etc. I didnt not sign individual contracts. My youngest was the second sign up and was $40 as the discounted rate. I would have NEVER signed up a 6 yr old for 1 1-hr class a week for $80. If this was in fact 2 contracts, then why did they close it if bringing my second chuld was still an option? This place is awesome. Mr. Taylor is a great instructor. They go at your own pace and dont judge you regardless of your level or how out of shape you might be. As a female student that is super important to me. Everyone there are genuinely great people to learn and grow with. You build self confidence while building skills and developing friendships. Awesome place!
