Great training in the Art of Boxing! Luke and Brent do a great job and all the folks in our group are really nice people. Show up and give it a try!

First time boxing experience and I can not tell you how pleased I am! I already learned so much from a first session.
Incredible energy, unified, efficient, encouraging, fun, this list goes ON. Seriously, you have got to try it out. This place has an amazing thing going!
