Love this place. The crew there make you feel comfortable. They are non judgmental and work with you to achieve your fitness goals!

This is the best gym. I train for gymnastics and the staff is knowledgeable to help guide me through progressions. Even though its a crossfit gym everyone is welcome and everyone is involved in others development. You cant beat the culture of this gym.

I was very impressed with the staff, facilities and the overall environment. They worked very hard to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. Very impressed!

Welcoming atmosphere. Good for newbies and experienced crossfitters alike. They do not require an on-ramp program like some gyms do. You can start at whatever level you are comfortable with. Classes are offered for beginners with simple movements, low weight, and one-on-one coaching for no extra cost. All movements are demonstrated for every class and coaches are on-site to ensure accurate performance to avoid injuries. The higher level CrossFit classes are challenging for experienced athletes, but can also be scaled for newer athletes. The owner, manager, and coaches truly care about their members and will go out of their way to answer questions and make accommodations when requested. Everyone is helpful to each other and there is no "better than you" attitude that you may encounter at other gyms. You quickly become "family" with the other members and staff.
Classes are offered 7 days a week with a coach on-site for every class. Classes begin at 5:30 AM, and are offered throughout the day, with the last class at 7:00 PM on weekdays. On weekends, classes are offered in the mornings. A 24-hour membership option is offered, which includes a list of the day's workouts, allowing you to come in at your convenience if the class times don't work for you.
This gym is the perfect option for busy families and single parents. You are always welcome to bring your children with you! Your children can even participate in the Fitness FL classes with you for a small add-on fee each month.

I can't speak to the quality of the classes or private instruction, but this is a nice facility. For only $20 on top of my Anytime Fitness membership I get access to lots of bars and racks, plates (steel and rubber), cardio stuff, and a variety of other accessories.

Resultz1 has been my home away from home for the last three years, I performed my first CrossFit workout in this box and have been hooked ever since. The staff is genuine, cares about their members and works hard to ensure everyone performs the workouts to the best of their ability. It truly is an awesome community!!

Love this gym! It is perfect, anytime fitness on one side and resultz1 on attached.. the resultz side has any equipment you could need.. its a crossfit gym but there are plenty of open gym hours to train on your own. The staff were awesome, so helpful and accomodating..great guys. Easy 5 star rating and by far the best gym in Indianapolis.

RZ1 has a more complete fitness mindset than most CF boxes. With a mix of Crossfit WODs, strength training, Olympic lifting and diet consultation RZ1 is the total package.

Fantastic CrossFit box! Ever since joining, I've gained more strength than I ever thought even possible and I'm no where near my potential yet! The community at RZ1 is beyond the best I've ever been around. You DONT want to miss checking out this box!!
