I was really excited when i first read about about this place on Google/Yelp - it had just what i needed, lights off, music, on, energetic instructors. I immediately bought their new client package for 2 weeks and drove 35 minutes one early morning to go to my first class. The person at first desk could have been more helpful - she pointed me in the direction of the studio without showing me around nor where i could put my belongings, nor asked if I needed help setting up the bike.
The ambience of the studio was nice. It was dimly lit with disco lights adding a energetic feel. The space was just the right size so that you could feel the camaraderie of of other spinning enthusiasts. I had to try a couple of bikes before finding one that worked. I adjusted the bike and everything on my own in dark the without being offered help from the instructor. This was okay because I knew what i was doing but can imagine this to be quite frustrating for newer cyclists.
The bikes were very sticky and poorly maintained. The class itself was average. The music was good (though too loud but I may have just been sitting next to the speakers) but the intensity was lacking for a good work out.
Needless to say, I did't go back despite having purchased the 2 week pass.
