Naptown fitness has been an awesome gym that has encouraged me to get stronger and provided a fun environment that I looked forward to going to the gym. I started doing Swift for a little over a year with some friend that didn't want to do Crossfit yet, and I just recently switched to Crossfit. Swift was always a good quick workout that was able to scale to start off and then get stronger, and crossfit is just a good hard workout that even in a short amount of time I can feel myself getting stronger.
However the best part of Naptown are the staff, shout out to Jessi who is an awesome coach and is just so nice and fun, but also really willing to work to help with my form and also tell me to get heavier weights cause she knows I can push myself more, and was being lazy. And to Peter and Eric who are willing to work with you and really make you feel like a person and part of the community. But overall, it is everyone that works there, and even just to being in a class, when a coach isn't working, but just working alongside you, they're always ready with some tips or just words of encouragement. Love this place!
