After living here for 2 years I would not recommend living here. Bottom line is the apartments a cheaply constructed, noise level (at least on Delaware) is ridiculous, and the managemnt staff is rarely honest and spends more time advertising to residents. The front office staff constantly play dumb to any of the issues or complaints and even seem to take offensive if you don't like something about this place.
This is the first place I've lived that I've had issues pests. Have photos of both mice and silverfish in my apartment and this makes it seriously disturbing since there is a restaurant on the first floor. This is the first apartment I've lived that constantly focuses on advertising to residents as well as creating excuses for extra costs rather than fixing issues and focusing on residents well being. With that said I will point out I've had good experiences with the maintenance staff responsiveness, following up, and their honesty.
Noise level is the biggest issue the mangement staff are rarely honest and upfront about. I've talked to several residents in my building who felt they were flat out lied to about the noise level with the trains. For anyone living near the tracks the trains will come by every day at 3 - 4 am and they are very loud and you will wake up no matter how long you live here. You will hear them no matter what! I feel bad for anyone who ends up living in the over hyped "2.0" apartments that are right on top of the tracks.
The whole "2.0" has been a complete nightmare while living here. Every single day for the last year had been machines beeping all day long and this is true especially very early in the morning. Including the weekends and at times late at night! This shows a pefect example where management has no respect nor cares about residents well being as the whole project was never communicated to residents properly. Instead we only heard advertising. To make up for the disturbance they offered free coffee once or twice which is usually free at most offices. Recently to justify raising rent they claimed they gave everyone a "discount" on rent the past year which was never communicated nor even true. All the while they still charged everyone the same rates for parking in either of the two garages with one of those garages being closed for over 2 years.
Overall would like to give this place a better review as I do like my apartment and view, but there are much better places in downtown Indy. I love the proximity to the stadiums and most of downtown, however this place is a complete dead zone with very very high noise levels. The amenities are not that great and overhyped. The fitness room can hold maybe 3 - 4 people if the equipment isn't broken and the "pool" is tiny as in it's only 3 feet deep and is as big as the fitness room.
