Im an la fitness member in new york and came to indiana for a vacation trip. Stopped at this location and the service was amazing. I had a ton of questions about the gym and i was introduced to the most amazing worker named Rey. He gave me great customer service and definitely got me thinking to move to indiana and become a full member at this gym. He deserves a promotion and/or raise for the exceptional job that he had done. He really made me feel at home. He also gave me tips on workouts and helped weigh myself. Overall amazing experience!!! Definitely coming back
I've been a member of LA Fitness for about 15yrs, the young staff members here are not very helpful, seems they're always busy with their phones or conversing with co-workers about something, they only give about 10 seconds to address your issue, then it's back to doing whatever they doing before you interrupted them. Customer service training is much needed with them. At least the gym is much cleaner than it used to be.
Best customer service ever! Came for one week for a guest pass and they were really cool about it. They even helped me get my body fat percentage! Shoutout to Sandy.
This was a very nice, very clean facility. I really liked my tour guide, Kevin. He was very kind, very knowledgeable, and very patient with all of my questions and concerns. I think he did a very good job of explaining the mission of L.A. Fitness. They gave plenty of equipment and a plethora of group fitness courses. I look forward to working out and improving myself at L.A. fitness.

I recently joined (a week ago). Got a call from personal trainer, couldn't talk was in car driving on 465. Asked to be called back, no one called. I tried calling several several times no response. I would like to give this gym 5 stars but we are off to a bad start. The people I talked to get signed up were very friendly and helpful.
I will be going for the water aerobic and Si l.j ver Sneaket classes, hopefully it it will a great experience.

There is no carpet in the boys room so the boys room does not smell like a bull's ass. All of the Indianapolis Colts like wives and girlfriends go in there so it's always a target-rich environment.

Gym sauna was down for repair, showers smelled like urine. Trash strewn on the workout floor and in the locker room is normal for this location
Just for future reference for all la fitness members or soon to be members. Make sure you go into cancel your membership in person. I tried cancelling mine online because I moved states and I was charged for 2 months. I called to ask if I could be refunded for those 2 months because they could even see on my record I had not visited and they would not refund me. It was poor customer service. I understand if I would have visited during that time, but I did not once. That should valid my cancellation. LA Fitness has put me in the whole nearly $80.00 and being a recent college graduate every dollar counts.

How do have a world wide gym not open on time!? That is very unprofessional. This location may want to have a back up person.
It had stairs to use the treadmill and my fiance can I use stairs so that is why we did not stay with LA Fitness.
Neat and clean, equipments are good compared to other gyms.

Fitness classes are great especially Johnny's cycling class! The club needs to not charge an Initiation fee for those who are already members and only want to add someone to their account
Great gym but not picked up and organized in the morning. Go right when open and there are weights everywhere, benches not put back just disorganized when it should be clean and set up right when just opening.

Rude, arrogant and condescending people unless you're under 30 and already in pretty fair shape or female. Was high pressured about the rather expensive package to use the facility. Facility is top-notch; the people are far from it.
It was easy and quick to get signed up. Staff was very friendly, non pushy and got me started the same day I visited.
I love how the new gyms do not have carpet in the locker rooms and all the cardio equipment is top notch! Unfortunate thing here is the free weight area has dumbbells that increment every 2.5 pounds... Which is cool but ends up being less matching sets when I go its like someone has taken 1 20 lb and 1 22.5 lb leaving a mismatched set available... Oh well only complaint, good idea just doesn't work with the current number of dumbbells.
Can get busy depending what day it is but overall great place to workout nothing special
It does have the pool and hot tub, but the hot tub is often 'down for maintenance'. A lot of the guest are assholes too. Many like to hang out on the equipment and many apparently cannot restack weights properly.
Very good Gym. Super clean and a lot of machines. I love to go on mornings because there are a lot of people on the afternoon.
