Gyms always clean and free of bad smells lol. I never have an issue with getting to equipment and the s staff are good people
LA Fitness, on a national level, is poorly managed. This is why you will not see consistency in functionality or sanitation from one club to the next.
After membership and training program sales reps take their manipulated gains, there is only financial gristle left for overall ops.
Great place with a great and helpful staff. Possibly the beat gym I have ever been a part of.
LA Fitness has one of, if not the best, facilities in all of Avon. The entire facility is easy to work through and is definitely inviting to both new and experienced lifters. On top of all that, the staff is incredible, and from my experience I had with the owner at the front desk, I would hands down say that the entire is staff is determined to help you with your fitness goals. 10/10

It is an LA Fitness. It's a nice location. There are plenty of machines and equipment. They have classes that you can take. LA Fitness is always a decent place. If you want to get a workout in this is a good place to go. They have good trainers and good customer service. If you want to work out as a good place to go

If your reason for joining is that you plan to take advantage of the free spin classes(like mine was), go to another club. This is the only branch in central Indiana that does not have a set spin class schedule. First, morning were taken away and this week alone, 2 of the classes have been canceled. One of them was canceled less than an hour before it was scheduled to start. It's super disappointing to look forward to these classes only to be let down.

Its in need of renevation or deep cleaning. The equipment squeeks needs ajustment or lubercation. Staff just set all day, not really friendly. The L.A. fitness back home in arkansas is much better.,-)

Weekend gym I go to when errands are in near Avon. Pretty quiet and clean. Machines always available. No complaints.

Love this gym. From the wide array of classes to the sauna and pool, wh as ts not to love.
I liked it here but some people gave a few weird looks
left the one on 38th st for the one on Rockville rd. now it's getting just as bad. people dont rerack nor clean up after they use anything.

Great place to work out and relive stress
Never crowded when I go. Nice place to work out.
I love LA but the staff is hit and miss here.. Some are more relaxed and others uptight, its better to go when they aren't busy
Smaller than other LA Fitness. Needs newer equipment and ceramic or wood flooring in the Locker rooms. Carpet is making the locker rooms smell.
Scam artists is what LA Fitness is. I signed up for an account but cancelled within three days. Staff has attitude--neglected to tell me that had I came in during OM hours that it would've been taken care of. Instead they handed me a form that I sent in and now they've "lost". Therefore they've continued to charge me and no one at customer service was even willing to to help because that's how they make their money off of people. Horrible service all the way around.

I've been coming here off and on for years... it just continues to get dirtier and dirtier. The men's locker room always stinks, the sinks are filthy, & the controls for the sauna are always missing or completely broke.... Other locations seem to avoid all these issues... Come on management take some pride in your facility!
Another thing I noticed is they roped off the stretching area and made it a "Personal Training Users Only" area.... So the gym has equipment but not enough to do our personal training.... It's just rude in my opinion.
Anyway the other members are great and the location is convenient.
