Great, fun place to get exercise! It was a fun time. We went first thing in the morning on a snowy day and there were not many people there. We started in the foam pit. Heads up, if you pencil dive you may get stuck in the foam. Then off to basketball, a running start does not help. Learn to jump as high as the rim then move in for a slam dunk! I was blasting dunks after learning. Then to the freestyle are and that was awesome. Flips off the walls! Make sure you are ready for a full body work out. 1 hour was plenty for someone out of shape and over 30. Last was the warped wall, that is no joke!! Maybe try that first after stretching. Plus you need to buy $3 socks on top of the entry. You must wear there socks because they make it do you have traction on the trampolines.
