We've had a bday part here, jumped during "open" time, and attended their toddler time. All great experiences. Their staff seems to enjoy working with kids (nice for parents), and they offer different events for different ages. A workout included... worth jumping into!

This is a great place to let your kids play for an hour, while you get some time to relax. There is an area where the parents can sit, next to the concession area. The staff is very friendly and they are always trying to keep the jumpers safe. The concessions are pretty expensive though.

Definitely not for adults. Pictures online were deceiving. Or maybe I was guessing the ages of the people wrong in the pictures, but I think I am the one who made the mistake. It is definitely a 13 years of age and younger jumping paradise. There were babies and little kids running everywhere. Bigger kids were overtaking the little kids in dodgeball and my group just totally felt out of place. I wish there was a separate area for more young adult activities and also the young teenagers working there seemed very sad, but this did not bring down the kids that were all having fun there. I will definitely take my kids there when they are young.

My kids love love love this place! There are benches & tables for parents to watch and wait while the kiddos expel all that energy they've taken from us. You can buy snacks & drinks here too! By the time our jump-time is up, my kiddos are actually tired! They always have such a great time & look forward to going back as soon as we leave!

Spent $90 for bounce passes for my family for my son's birthday. Water fountains were broken JUST as they were when we were here a year ago. Only this time instead of giving cheap plastic cups of complimentary water, they would only give us cups if we made an additional concession purchase. Are you kidding me?? Our last trip to the SkyZone in Plainfield. That is ridiculous to literally have the customers pay for their broken equipment.

It was my son's first time and he had a great time. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. By the end of the 60 minutes of jumping my son was tired but he made sure to tell me he wants to go back again soon.

The staff person involved with our b-day party was excellent. She was very accommodating. Our only incident was we lost a cell phone there and it seems it was never found.

Manager sitting at a table chatting with friends, employees sitting and standing around talking. No one at concession stand, floors and tables filthy. Several areas closed off because "no one to watch" yet I see 5+ employees standing around chatting with each other. Furious at the lack of cleanliness & customer service.

Had a couple issues booking a birthday party, but the organizers sure took care of us. Highly recommend booking at this particular location, for your birthday or event!

I tried calling this "business" several times and no-one ever answered the phone.
I attempted to contact them through messenger a couple times and no-one has ever replied.
This suggests to me that this is not a very well managed or run business.
Be aware of what you're signing when you sign the online waiver on their website. I can't believe enough people are willing to sign an agreement waiving an establishments responsibility due to negligence, that this place is even in business.

Have been to many skyzones this was the worst. It's in a very small warehouse and the only activities are free jump, dodgeball, and basketball. There is nothing here. Don't waste your money. Staff was friendly though. This place is good for 30 minutes, not longer.

A lot of fun. Great music and a clean, well maintained park. Staff was nice enough though most of them act like they're babysitting instead of working, although in this facility I can probably understand why.
Warning: heavier people should not jump into the foam pit.

Great, fun place to get exercise! It was a fun time. We went first thing in the morning on a snowy day and there were not many people there. We started in the foam pit. Heads up, if you pencil dive you may get stuck in the foam. Then off to basketball, a running start does not help. Learn to jump as high as the rim then move in for a slam dunk! I was blasting dunks after learning. Then to the freestyle are and that was awesome. Flips off the walls! Make sure you are ready for a full body work out. 1 hour was plenty for someone out of shape and over 30. Last was the warped wall, that is no joke!! Maybe try that first after stretching. Plus you need to buy $3 socks on top of the entry. You must wear there socks because they make it do you have traction on the trampolines.

Kids had a great time. Pricing was perfect even though I had a coupon. Employees were great. I just wished they had more seats for adults while the children release that burst of overdrive energy!

We had a group event last weekend here. The service was excellent, and they were helpful in ensuring that waivers were filled out smoothly, our kids got what they needed, and they gave us a great group rate. Highly recommend for group events!

Very clean well run place. Good staffing levels to watch out for the kids. Nice concept which definitely gives them plenty of exercise
