Weight watchers is great plan and the healthiest diet/ life style you will find. The leaders are experienced and do a great job and the ladies who weigh you in are friendly and give great encouragement at the scale. It's a little pricey but that adds motivation to stay focused!

Fantastic!!! Weight watchers helped me lose the weight I thought I'd never could. I feel I have more energy And another good thing about it is that I fit into smaller size clothes. Thank you weight watchers. It isn't about just eating less, it's about eating less of the right foods.
