Great, clean YMCA. The pool is the deepest of the surrounding Y's, and there is a big heated pool next to it. Has what all the other Y's have, it's great. (No outdoor pool though)
We have been going here for the past few year. Living in NE Fort Wayne, we never knew what we were missing by not having a great YMCA. This has been fantastic. Plus my wife has become a Pickle-ball fanatic!
The staff from the door to the child watch are very friendly! The facilities are clean and the pool is warm! The machines are newer, so this Y is always first choice for me!
Great and newest Y in the Fort Wayne group. The people that work there and go there are really nice. They have many great classes.
Great gym. The Play & Learn Center for kids is excellent. They have an amazing outdoor pool & splash pad. It is a wonderful place for family fun!

I am very picky about where I exercise. This is the cleanest and modern exercise facility that I have been too. There are lots of families and kids, but the YMCA is so big that it is never crowded. The staff is very helpful and there is a person who greets you when you come in and leave (and with a smile!). The locker rooms are clean and not run-down (as in many gym facilities). The monthly membership is about 45 dollars. It is worth it if you are committed to exercise. Also, there are lots of great classes (I recommend the Pilates and Synergy 360 classes, especially) - active and energetic instructors. Again, one of the best and definitely worth the money.

Steam room and dry sauna are great. It's all clean, workout equipment and indoor track are all in great shape. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Little game area with pool table and table tennis. I like this gym they are friendly staff. And it's clean has day care and a warm pool for the kids to play in
Clean YMCA. Has a nice lap pool. Overall most people friendly.
This is a great place for families to work out or just hang out in the pool. They have daycare for two hours maxuim. That gives parents time for a good workout. They have two pools, one for swimming and the other one is a split pool for the young ones and the other is great for beginner swimmers. If you're military ask for the yearly discount on fees.

A very nice Y - brand new, with helpful staff and plenty of classes. My only complaint is that there is no adults only and children only locker rooms, which strikes me as odd in a newer facility.
Awesome place to work out. I have the family membership and it's the greatest. They have child care for me to drop my 3y/o off at. She loves it! When not working out, we're cooling off in the pool

Plenty of activities for everyone. New gym equipment. Knowledgeable employees.
All five of my kids love going there. My 12 year old special needs son loves there sentury room
Workout area gets congested with limited availability to certain equipment. No decline bench, preacher curl bench, lacking in basic workout equipment. There are no TVs in the workout area, it just leaves you wanting more. It is a nice overall facility and staff is nice.
Probably one of the best gyms in town. My go to place to break the routine.it has many facilities to members like a swimming pool and basketball and other things. The only bad thing is it's usually crowded and closing times aren't convenient for me. But that doesn't make it less than 5 stars.
Very family oriented. Own kiddie pool, warm section of the swimming area for water aerobics. 6 lane swimming lanes for doing laps. Several rooms for different exercises for spinning, yoga, stretching, Zumba. etc. Also running track. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
Places seems nice lots to do..... if not closed down for constant repairs or cannot use because no staff available. Charging guest 10 bucks does not average competition pricing. Got to do better. You got at least 3 fitness studio within same distance with better offers to workout.
Facility is nice and clean. The three down sides are: there is no hot tub, the heated pool is NOT heated and the showers/locker rooms are outside of the pool room so you shiver walking through the halls after an exhilarating swim. Not much thought went into the engineering of the pool area.
The swimming pool is a great way to exercise when you are older. Many things to do there.
Great place for fitness. Swim instructor for homeschoolers is excellent. My kids learned a lot in the few weeks.
An excellent, modern, and clean facility with a huge variety of fitness options and programs. The lap pool is A+ with an electronic pace clock, and the smaller pool has fountains for kids.
Clean, well laid out facility includes Parkview Physical Therapy, walking/running track, pool, sauna, steam, basketball and volleyball courts, weight lifting and aerobic equipment. Tons of classes offered throughout the day available and child care care and swimming lessons available for those with young ones. We have a regional membership through my employer and this is the Y we prefer to go to in Fort Wayne.
Great place to workout and to bring your family. Nice new machines with many different options. They do lack Hammer machines and a large free weight area, but I assume that'll be phase 2. Really wish the sauna and steam room could hold more than 8 people each... disappointing. Overall great place!
The staff was very nice and helped us to get signed in as visitors under my mother-in-law's name. We were visiting from out of state and go the Y at home all the time. We were very pleased with the equipment, gym and bathrooms. Everything was nice and clean and although they were busy, it wasn't too crowded. We wish our Y at home had some of the newer features this location had!
Brand new facility. Friendly environment. Not busy during the weekdays. I wish they had approved an outdoor water park at this location. They have a lap pool & a smaller kids pool (temp is warmer). They have sauna & steam rms. The only thing I don't like is that the pool changing room floors are always wet :( other than that, this place is great :)
Absolutely love the new Y it's stays clean, the workout equipment is phenomenal and the staff are so helpful and great. If you don't know how to use the equipment there's people there who show you. I love the pool and steam room. I highly recommend everyone who hasn't been there to go check it out it's worth it.
This is a great YMCA. It is the newest in the city right now so it seems very modern in comparison. There are what seems fewer machines and areas in this Y as well. The pool area is pretty nice though!
I love this location. Perfect for my lifestyle with my kids. Only downfall is the child watch isn't open on Sundays but works out good for me bc I have a gym access at home. Employees are great. Glad they opened at this location.
The staff is very friendly and the Y itself is beautiful, but all of the rooms (including conference room) where group exercise classes are held are pretty small. There aren't any restrooms upstairs where the track and the main group exercise rooms are, so it's a pretty big inconvenience if you need to use the restroom right before or during a class. In general, this Y kind of missed the mark for people who really enjoy the group exercise classes
This is a brand new Y having just opened at the end of May or beginning of June 2017. I could be off as I appear to be having a senior moment. Doh. I visited this YMCA on June 27, 2017. The people at the front desk were very friendly. Even members leaving were friendly and exchanged positive greetings. They have not finished all the landscaping outside but it should be very nice when finished. All I saw in my brief visit was positive.
