Still Charging my CC even though Gym is locked up. They have not returned Phone calls for refunds. F R A U D !

Good place that's never to crowded, signed up for the tanning package but it's a 50/50 chance that the bed will turn on. Pretty disappointed on that part.

Great equipment. I had a conversation to with owner about the equipment and how well everything is organized there. Very pleased with my experience.

I love this gym! It's laid back, great staff, and just hands down the best place to go to have the best focus on working out without it feeling over crowded!

Now, there are a lot of redundancies and the lay out feels very cluttered. Before there were simple sanitation wipes, you would use, then dispose of. Now, implementation of sanitation bottles and towels litter the gym equipment. This is due to the typical gym goers lack of care; not the staff. New paper towel dispensers were installed in the bathrooms next to the hand blow dryers. Seems very wasteful in my opinion... Feels like this gym took a leap backwards, by ten years; but I digress. The staff are very friendly, and intelligent people. You will feel welcomed here!

Great for all ages. Fantastic trainers and equipment. Classes for all levels including seniors. Always clean, wide variety of equipment.

Spent two years at this gym and had a great experience. Nice equipment, helpful staff, clean environment. That's why I'm bumping their score up to two stars.
Told the gym I was ending my membership at the end of my 2-year contract in July and was told that everything was good. On August 6th I was charged again. Got a hold of them and was told I needed to sign paperwork to make it official.
Not only did I not get back the $30 i was charged for an "Open-Ended" month, I was told the cancellation takes 30 days and that I would be charged again. Was also told I would need to return the key fob or I would be charged an additional fee.
Neither the paperwork or the fob were ever mentioned when I spoke to someone on the phone, otherwise I would have taken care of them long before.
It's unfortunate that this soured what had otherwise been a great experience at this location.
Edit (Reply): Paperwork being needed isn't the issue. I had no issue with coming in to sign a cancellation form. It's that I was told on the phone that my cancellation was complete and nothing else was needed, but now I will end up having to pay an additional $60 beyond my 2-year contract.
I was just told in the office yesterday that I would be charged $25 for the fob if it was not returned, so which is?

Nice small gym. Not too crowded and nice ambient atmosphere. Facility is really clean. Has private shower rooms etc.

Nice gym with some of the best equipment I've seen! Only gave 4 stars because the shower drain was FILLED WITH HAIR!!!! NASTY!!! Either Bigfoot took a shower in there or it has not been cleaned in a while!!! Other than that, great gym!

By far the best Anytime Fitness I've visited in the country so far. I've been to many anytime locations and checked out a few other gyms but this one is full of awesome staff, friendly club members (who are just as willing to answer questions and help as the awesome staff here), and a great collection of weights and machines. I don't think I've ever had to wait for a single piece of equipment here, there's plenty to go around. The customer service is by far the kindest and easy going I've ever encountered in a gym before. Everything about this gym is ideal, ESPECIALLY for such an affordable price. This gym cares about you, especially Tiffany C., she is an absolute delight. BTW, if you read this Tiffany, thank you for all of your generosity!
