A nice, welcoming studio - I have visited here twice while traveling on business for some asana after a long day of work and travel. Classes from Jessica and Meggan have been nice - standard vinyasa classes..

Simply Yoga is a studio that espouses a "make the practice your own" approach - which I love and much prefer to studios preaching a specific method, sequence or guru as "the best, the ONLY true yoga.."

To me the only "true yoga" is getting in touch with the divine, being self aware, becoming aware of the breath and being in the moment - and I was able to do those things when visiting Simply Yoga - I will look forwarding to practicing there again soon..

Ah, I LOVE simply yoga. I had taken plenty of classes throughout my life but never fully "picked it up." There is a core group of teachers at this studio that sparked a yoga fire in me that will always be glowing. Gentle yoga with Jessica on Sundays will lick all your wounds. If you want a meditatively sweet yet ass-kicking and HOT yoga sesh, I suggest Laura on Monday nights. Samantha always delivers on a well-planned, informative, and transformative hour on Tuesday nights. Kylee is so tender and welcoming, allowing yourself a moment with her is so worth it. Liz is so accessible, inviting and forgiving. All are welcome in her class. Kristen will keep her eye on you, making sure that you get the most out of your practice. Which, in my opinion, will deepen your connection to yourself and maybe "why you're there." But Christa is boss. Like, that's kinda it. Her hour pushes my mind and body the deepest.

When I walk in to the Simply Yoga studio, I instantly feel a weight lift. I have cried in many a Simply Yoga class, under the sun, stars, and moon shining up in the skylight window. Go. Do their two weeks unlimited deal! It'll get you hooked. Yoga can really feel like a monetary sacrifice, but it is so rewarding. And SY's prices are some of the lowest I've ever seen offered by a legit yoga studio. And I honestly kinda hate this whole system of online reviews and on principle generally don't do it. But I had to break that abstinence to shout out to the best studio in Fort Wayne. And now they're really far away from me so YOU should go. You won't regret it.
