The best gym in Fort Wayne IN hands down. I'm from Arizona and i moved to Fort Wayne about 3 years ago and no gym compares to the atmosphere at Sudn Impact Gym. Not only is the owner amazing but the people that workout there are incredible. One time i was having trouble getting some heavy weight up and a member came over and said "Come on You can do it!" I did it and he even helped me get a last rep in. I recommend you check this gym out because when you do. You will never want to go to any other gym again. Plus its 24 hr access and you can go in when ever you want no matter the time or day!
Have you ever wanted to know what it feels like to be Rocky Balboa, walk into this place. Awesome little gym, normally quiet or music jamming. They may not have the high dollar equipment but they have what is needed to put in the work. Awesome owner and employee's. Ih yes they also have personal training, classes, boxing, kickboxing, mma, bikes wrestling mats.
I love this gym ..their weights and equipment are older and have wear and tear..but That's what I love it has that hardcore feeling to it..Basically in a enormous garage which again I love because it gives you that hard training environment which makes me want to train harder. It's a self sufficient gym so they do not really have hourly staff. They have trainers and if you need help they will assist you if the owner is not there at the moment. They offer various of self defense classes and hold events like parties for kids. Only thing I dislike dont have wifi and your phone dont get great connection so cant watch videos while I'm doing cardio and my spotify goes out sometimes..I will pay for the wifi If I have to lol
Pretty much everything you could want in a boxing/mma gym. Very reasonable as well.
24 hour schedule flexibility, an array of different classes, and incredibly helpful teachers and personal trainers. Family oriented and kid friendly as well.
Pure class. Honest gym with a lot of opportunity to grow and reach your goals . Was looking for a gym to replace Max Fitness since the SW location was no longer available and found a better gym. Make sure to check these guys out and ask for David.

My son loves it. He trains for boxing and some my jitsu. Some drunk guy assaulted him while he was at work. That guy wishes my son didn't train here. He's was able to defend himself adequately until the police arrived.

Everyone is really friendly here. There is a serious atmosphere but the staff does a wonderful job with my son.
