Planet fitness has been great to me! The atmosphere is fantastic and the staff is beyond friendly (Megan is kind of the best). Would highly recommend

I was very disappointed early last week but understand that things do happen and happy to say they were addressed. I have been a member a long time love the classes they started and maybe I am too dependent on them...so when there was no class and I look forward to them, I was very disappointed. Changed my stars because I do like planet fitness. I love being strong from these classes.

Planet fitness is like a home away from home! I love coming here every day during the week to workout by myself or with friends. Their massage chairs are the best thing on this earth. The staff is always friendly especially in the morning. That is my favorite time to come. The place is always clean in the morning and I think the only complaint I have is that I do not have enough time in the day to go to planet fitness! 5/5 would recommend to anyone interesting in starting to work out. If you're like me and like massages, I recommend getting the black card membership so you can use the massage chairs whenever you want and wherever you want! I should have joined months ago!!

By far ONE OF THE WORST parking lots in the city, for an upscale shopping plaza. The drainage is HORRIBLE, so you cannot see the potholes under puddles when it rains, even mildly. It's so bad that I had damage to my vehicle, where a mud flap broke off of my car.
All winter long they had to put traffic cones into 5" deep potholes on the main thoroughfare through the plaza, so people driving a Lexus didn't damage their vehicles. Still it's almost May, and the only repair work that is being done is mild, and near a traffic signal at the entrance.
I belong to the Planet Fitness here and they have had 2 large water main breaks in the ceiling. This is all due to an aging building which is not being maintained adequately. This has caused 3 tanning booths to be out of service. I pay for a premium membership just to use stand up tanning booths, and because of their slow response have been unable to use the service for >2mos (they said 6-8wks for replacement). Their solution: drive to the nearest location for tanning, which is 45min drive round-trip. NOT ACCEPTABLE.
Update June 2019: Finally replaced the tanning booths, and they are awesome; now with BT capability. FINALLY repairing the parking lot after years of falling into disrepair. Let's hope they do a better job at maintaining the lot now that they have added more tenants!

A gym that does what it needs to and at $10/month is hard to beat. Doesn't have much open space for stretching or core work. Also, only has one water fountain over by the bathrooms... annoyingly odd design choice for a gym

This location is always clean and the equipment is well maintained. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. They always greet you when you arrive and leave. I travel for work and visit a lot of Planet Fitness locations all over the state. Thus far this is the nicest location I have visited.

A good place and a great location. Recently updated a bunch of the equipment BUT ELIMINATED THE SCALES FROM THE LOCKER ROOMS. Not cool. Now I no longer know how much I weigh. PLEASE BRING BACK THE SCALES!!!

This Planet Fitness is very nice. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. Loving polite people and always attentive. I would definitely recommend this gym to others. An awesome non-intimidating atmosphere and your not judged in any kind of way. I love the judgement free logo. Thanks guys for all you do.

I lovingly refer to this place as the "treadmill barn." Yeah they have the equipment but this is the most uninspiring gym I have ever walked into. And if you want to quit, you have to hand deliver a written note stating that you want them to stop withdrawing money from your account so you better drop off your letter before moving out of town. But it is cheap so if that's all you want have fun.
