Love the balance of hitt cardio and core training and Marks motivational messages while we workout!. I loved the energy and the music. The instructor let me know to go at my own pace since it was my first time and she was very good at getting to me occasionally during the workout to check on me.... more

Great gym. Clean gym with a good layout. Friendly staff. Expensive. Best feature is the open area that includes racks, push sled, ropes, and tires to flip.. Has a decent amount of gym equipment and a sauna.... more
We were promised a refund in December. They charged us again in January and February. Understandably, they were closed due to the pandemic, and we finally reached someone today. They required us to pay another $160 even though their record showed us canceling months ago.... more
