We were promised a refund in December. They charged us again in January and February.
Understandably, they were closed due to the pandemic, and we finally reached someone today. They required us to pay another $160 even though their record showed us canceling months ago.

Poor communication. Poor service. Poor business practices.

You have many options for fitness centers in Fishers. This should not be one of them.

Got great advice for me and my lady thanks to DJ and Jules. Both very informative members of management and I would recommend this gym to ANYONE. DJ was great at listening to what I needed and answering my fitness questions to a T. I'm omw to fishers L.A. Fitness right now

DJ was helpful and aided my friend and I in signing up for guest passes. Found out my body fat percentage which I had never known before. Excited to see any progress made over the next week before headed back to college.

Stephen Babbitt is AWESOME. I went into LA Fitness motivated and ready to make a change. I felt like Stephen really listened to me and encouraged/fueled my determination to make a healthier lifestyle. We had a very thorough conversation, he answered all of my questions and even took the time to make it more personal in order for me to achieve my goals.
He even stayed 30 min after he was supposed to be off to talk to me!!! Above and beyond service today and I definitely can't wait to start. I've never been to a gym where I felt so much support and encouragement the first time visiting, they truly want you to reach your goals!

Made me feel like Family, and genuinely cared about where I wanted to be eventually. That's all that matters. Best place to get fit out there!!

This gym is well below what I would expect for quality in Fishers. The whole place smells pretty bad. Most people I see on the cardio equipment sweat all over it and then not even pretend to wipe it down. There's also not much availability of cardio equipment especially considering most of it is in poor condition and several machines have been broken for awhile.

Edit: The pool is also tiny. Three lanes. I got there before they opened at 8am and three of the people ahead of me in line to get in were there for the pool as well so I didn't get to use it. I guess you have to camp out in front of the place to be the first person there if you want to swim. And what kind of gym has such terrible weekend hours? You charge an obscene "initiation fee". Use that to pay the desk person a couple of extra hours. Or learn from other gyms and go 24 hours.

Very nice gym. I worked out here while in town for work. High-ish day pass cost ($20). Gym is very well equipped. The members there keep it neat, all weights re-racked and machines stripped. I saw most people wiping down the equipment when finished. Good spot to workout in.

Very nice gym, gets packed, but well kept and lots of options/great hours.

There were complaints about a trainer wearing way too much cologne and the general manager and the ticket-taker at the front door said there was no way they could tell who it was with ALL THE COLOGNE out there. It didn't dawn on her that we knew who it was, and when told, the ticket taker made it clear her first excuse was a ruse and she was not happy that she was still being bothered. The general manager did not jump in like a manager and when reminded that maybe he could, it was pretty clear that nobody was actually going to be responsible.

A bit of over site for this type of attitude and this type of issue, and for those who sit around on the equipment texting their friends, would definitely bump up the score at this gym.

Was at LA Fitness for the first time last Friday and was really impressed with how friendly and welcoming everyone was! The facility was very clean, has so many workout options from cycling classes, racket ball, free weights, machines, cardio, swimming, etc! We have been to other LA Fitness locations in Florida, and are excited to now connect to this Fishers location!

Lobs ridiculous charges against me. Won't let me cancel over the phone. Harasses me daily over the phone. Doesn't listen. Refuses to make the right decision. Greedy. Pathetic. If you ever plan on moving or leaving, get ready for a ridiculous process.

I've been to all surrounding la fitness gyms. This one by far has the best setup. This gym has 3 squat racks. 4 different cable setups. Sadly their kettlebells only go up to 35. LA fitness made a huge mistake with the purchase of their spin bikes. If you've ever used a good spin bike you'd understand, these are the crappiest I've encountered. The pedal setup hurts your feet and you can't ride them as hard because of it.

Average cleanliness at best. Locks stay on lockers for months, paper towel dispensers stop working or are out at least 1x/week. Aging equipment, but it is up most of the time. Staff rotates on a weekly basis it seems and they barely know you're there. Good location and easy to get in and out of. They made the club smaller but putting in a failed Planet Beach. It's gone, but the space has not been reclaimed. This gym needs to be about 25-50% larger. Peek times are jammed from Jan thru April.

It's fine. I'll give LA Fitness this. It's fairly consistent for location to location. Staff is pretty nice.

The Noblesville location is newer and seems to be nicer. They offer .ore floor space for extra free weights and cardio. The downside is that they don't have racquetball courts. I recommend going during off peak times as it can get busy.

Decent gym for location and price... but poor management has led to broken or too few machines. Have 2 quality functioning stair master machines...for such a large gym and audience inexcusable.. no way to give feed back to staff/ staff is very indifferent.. bathroom/ locker rooms very hit or miss as they typically only have a cleaning person at night which during the day can be gross. Have a spa room that flopped and should be turned back into ab/ training room but will they do anything? Most likely not...

It works for me. Convenient (10 mins. from my house), reasonably priced, plenty of equipment, not crowded (except for peak hours during peak season.) PLUS I am on my second outstanding PT (Matt H.) after nine months with one (Jesse R.) who has relocated to another club. The only downsides: (1) Cable machines were down for way too long but that issue has been resolved; (2) Locker room cleaning is often hit or miss and when it's a miss, phew! From what I have observed, probably the result of frequent turnover among cleaning staff.

Large, but this place has some seriously outdated and poorly functioning cardio equipment. It also has missing dumbbells and needs more squat racks. Overall, it is a mediocre gym. The Noblesville location is much better.

The LA Fitness (Fishers) Operations Manager-Katie not only did not take our concerns seriously, she questioned my parenting to blame me for their lack of checking teen memberships when they sign up and making it hard to cancel the membership, then literally laughed out loud at us on the phone because we were upset. Worst customer service ever!!! Not one penny from us ever again. They definitely do not think the customer is always right!!

I have had awful issues with the management. Even simple requests about issues with hygiene or class scheduling have gotten no response for absolutely no reason. The ONLY reason I stay is because they have a quality Zumba instructor named Maria. She should be teaching every day--she is far and away the strongest teacher. I say this as a teacher of 12 years myself. Yet they offer new teachers premium teaching slots, not recognizing merit, commitment, and member satisfaction.

LA Fitness is LA Fitness. This one is horrrible about repairing machines though. Lawsuit led this gym to pull all cable machines for 4 full months during peak months (Jan - Apr) - and normal turnover for broken equipment is 30 days (minimum).
