I am from out of town but I took a class with Elizabeth a few months back and loved it so this visit to Fishers I wanted to take another class.
I attended the basic plus class with Janie (the owner) and was pretty disappointed. As a fellow yoga teacher, I always try to learn from the classes I take. Although she has been teaching for over ten years, I found her class very confusing. Many of the cues were drawn out and unclear and she did not know how to mirror, so the class would often end up doing something different than what she directed. This was supposed to be a more advanced class but I did not break a sweat at all. I did not feel properly warmed up to go into the peak pose - and she had three of them. Half moon, bow, and bridge/wheel.
I talked to her after class to see if they need any subs because I will be in town for a bit and would like to teach. She showed no interest but was not very kind about it. She told me to send in my resume and barely gave me eye contact while I was paying for the class.
That was the icing on the cake. Really weird vibes...will not be going back and definitely not teaching there after her uninterested response.

Called the day before to confirm and heard, just come on in to any of the classes listed on our website! Receptionist actually laughed at me for coming in and said they changed their schedule two weeks ago. No good vibes here! I won't be back.

A fantastic place to relax and get in shape. Great instructors and a welcoming atmosphere for all skill levels -- even us beginners.
