I've worked out pretty much since high school and never thought a 'bootcamp' styled class would do much for me... I can honestly say there's nothing better than having a trainer be there to push you when you feel like giving up, encourage you when you want to quit and give you pointers / advice on how to eat better. Love this place!

Tony and all the trainers at Custom Fit are awesome! The ab challenge kicked my butt..but in a good way :)
