I started at Body Makeover over three years ago and I could not be happier with my decision. I have belonged to many gyms in the past and although many were nice, I never felt as though my presence much mattered. At Body Makeover, when I walk through the door I am greeted by a smiling staff, eager to help and assist me. Everyone knows my name and inspires motivation in me after a tough day at work. I could go to many other gyms, however, no gym gives the one-on-one attention and assistance that I have found at Body Makeover. The weekly weigh-ins hold me accountable and keep me on track with my weight loss goals. I am undoubtedly in the best shape of my life. I've finally found a program that works with my busy lifestyle and that I can stick to for years to come. I highly recommend Body Makeover for any woman who lives a busy chaotic lifestyle.
I love the circuit at Body Makeover! It is effecient, effective, and fast! The staff is super friendly and I love that I am surrounded by other women like me. I can go whenever I want as the key fob gives me access. This helps as I have children and it is difficult to find time to work out. The price is affordable and the weight loss products they sell have been my favorite. I have lost weight and it keeps me coming back! Highly recommend this gym!
Great Results, Great Facility
I have been coming into Body Makeover for several months now and I have enjoyed every minute of it! Not only does the staff make you feel comfortable and confident about working out, but they also take the time to get to know you well enough to be familiar with your favorite pre or post workout snacks, such as the variety of protein bars or shakes they provide. They show you new exercises every week and keep you motivated when you're having an off day. Besides the great staff, the other members that belong there make each workout more fun by encouraging each other and competing in different incentive contests each week. I don't think I could find this great experience at any other facility. I've noticed outstanding results already, and i strongly encourage anyone and everyone to come in!
