great loving family . give you there shirt off there back. might be sweaty but lol. worth the money and the hours. hard work pays off

The best academy around. Best coach to have as a teacher. My 7 year old daughter has been in the classes for almost a year and the knowledge and confidence she has acquired is amazing. I have been in class for a few months. Not just a team we are a family.

We are blessed to have Joe Alexander as our instructor. He is much more to our program than simply a coach, he is a life mentor .. on the mats and off the mats! I suggest everyone stop in and check out a class, all ages are welcome.
