I did a Piyo Express class here last week and loved every minute of it! Fast paced but easy to keep up with and you are encouraged to do moves that work for your body!

Fabulous place to do reformer!! Facility is clean and refreshing. Every class is different- I always leave feeling like I had a great workout!

I take Cindy's Reformer class. Her class is just wonderful! Good for all levels of experience. You get it all in this class: stretching, strength, core work, cardio. Everyone is so friendly as well! My favorite place to work out!

I love this place! Great facility, top of the line equipment, 4 different typs of classes (reformer, mat, Piyo and Barre) for the same price as the other's charge for only 1! Smaller class sizes allows thier certified instructors more interaction. As a guy, it has greatly helped my flexiblity, reduced my lower back and hip pain alot and improved my golf swing! Would recommend this facility over any of the "franchises" as it is not a 1 size fits all.

This is a fantastic place to workout! Great classes to choose from and the instructors all work with you and help you with your workout and are so welcoming. I love going and feel great when I leave. Highly recommend Inner You.
