I've gone to InCycle quite a few times and have always enjoyed it. Each teacher has different a different approach to their class and I always enjoy the different experiences I have. It's a great start and end to the week, one of my favorite forms of fitness in the Carmel area. I never leave without busting a sweat and the upper body workout is always a kick in the butt. Can't wait to hit up my next class. Especially the themed and video rides! Check them out!
