This review is specific for the yoga class taught by Natalie as I have not been to their other classes nor had any other instructors. I had pretty low expectations going in; I use yoga as a way to recovering from my other work outs such as running and weight lifting. I just wanted a heated space to help me stretch. the studio is very clean, has an a calming effect, and the heat of evenly distributed in the room. The class included a good spectrum of postures. What I think can be much improved on is the sound system. The music was so loud that it was almost painful to my ears and I couldn't focus nor hear the instructor. I dont think Im the only one who felt that way because when I looked up I saw people trying to figure out what pose had been called. In other words, if you're looking for a yoga class to find your inner peace and gratitude, this isn't for you.
