Coach A really takes the time to make sure that everyone understands the material. He cares about the students. 10/10 recommend if you are looking to do taekwondo or just try something new!
We signed our daughter up thinking it would be a good way for her to stay physically active but HIgh Performance Martial Arts doesn't stop there. She is learning self defense, self discipline, respect, confidence and so much more. Not only are Coach A & Coach White great at what they do, they really care about the kids and their families. We love HPMA.

My to children (5 &7) attend here. Staff does a great job keeping the kids interested while instilling good form and discipline in the sport. My kids love it! Much more individual attention than some of the "other? studios. No seven page contract required.
HPMA is a wonderful and friendly martial arts studio. They are very good with children of all ages. They are patient and work well with little kids. You are not locked in to attend by signing any contracts. We love it there!
I have attended High Performance Martial Arts for around 5 years now, and I have not had any complaints to this day. The great thing about HPMA is that they truly care about every one of their students, no matter how big or small or young or old they are, learning and staying active. Since I am on the sport team, I have traveled to other Tae Kwon Do schools, and none of them give the attention, or have the determination or precision that HPMA possesses. I highly recommend taking the free trial classes at the very least, and hopefully you will get hooked just as quickly as I was.

My two oldest children and I all go to HPMA. We absolutely love it there. The family environment created by Coach White and Coach A makes this a special place to practice tae kwon do. My wife, children, and I highly recommend HPMA to anyone (adults and children) who wants to learn martial arts in a fun, family friendly establishment.
